Every program starts with a literacy baseline from SINA, our AI literacy platform, so we know where each role and team stands. We then deliver live, role-based training on each team's real documents and workflows, in person first and hybrid by design. Together with your people, we rebuild high-value workflows inside the tools you already license, set up an internal champions group, put practical governance in place, and re-measure at the end so leadership sees adoption data, not attendance sheets. Programs typically run about 90 days.
