It was pretty effortless from our side. We explained our current architecture on several meetings. CloudPanda set up AWS environments in one week and deployed our app there. We run few rounds of testing to make sure all functionality is preserved and went live with new environments.

We got rid of costly bare metal hosting. Currently we are paying only for the resource we use which greatly reduced our running costs. We also have possibility to quickly scale up or down if needed, which was not possible on old setup.

Flawless. CloudPanda engineer asked precise questions at the beginning and we did not have to participate in the process. They also gave us overview of new environment and are providing support if needed.

Creating a clone proved to be a wise decision, as CloudPanda.io's engineers were able to bring the system down multiple times during their testing procedures—a testament to their diligent efforts. Kudos to them for their thorough work.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The CloudPanda.io team successfully identified and resolved critical vulnerabilities in the system. I must admit, it’s a bit of a bittersweet experience—there’s a sense of relief and satisfaction in uncovering the vulnerabilities, but also some unease knowing they existed in the first place. However, it’s far better to discover these issues during a penetration test than to face them after a malicious attack. Overall, this pentesting process was a highly beneficial outcome for both sides.

Everything went smoothly overall. While there were some minor project pauses due to delays on our side, such as restoring the testing environment, we always felt that CloudPanda.io was ready to step in and assist whenever needed. They were incredibly supportive throughout all stages of the process. These minor delays arose from the need to allocate resources for restoring the testing environment while simultaneously ensuring the normal operation of essential business processes. Despite these challenges, CloudPanda.io managed the situation exceptionally well.

The cloud migration was a great success. Now we have a secure and reliable way to set up our systems, and an automated fallback mechanism in case of any issues.
