The company must attract, qualify, schedule, and support prospective divers from across Europe and North America while maintaining a premium, instructor-led customer experience.  Currenly, lead generation, follow-up, scheduling, certificaion tracking, travel coordination, and multilingual communication require significant manual effort.  The objective is to scale operations without hiring additional administrative staff while preserving the personalized service that differentiates Blue Monkey Divers from other large dive shops.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our business has increased in sales over 38% in the last two months with the dive season just now getting into full swing.  We have experienced far more foreign divers that what we previously were getting.
