Their ability to deliver the service on time, combined with the friendly and approachable nature of their staff, made the entire process seamless.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Cloudavize could have done differently?

While my experience with Cloudavize was largely positive, one area for improvement could be in the level of detailed communication regarding service progress. While they were quick to respond, there were times when I would have appreciated more proactive updates, especially during the implementation phase.

Additionally, as the service they provide is highly customized, a clearer breakdown of the process and expected milestones up front would have helped set even more realistic expectations. That being said, these are minor adjustments, and overall, Cloudavize did an excellent job.
