The team also provides metrics to measure the success rate of each lead delivered. The reporting provides insights into the client demographic and intent of each buyer.

We started working with them in February 2026, and the engagement is ongoing.

The lead quality and service offered by Cloud9 have exceeded our expectations. We’ve increased our ad budget by 300% since starting with Cloud9. We’re growing quickly and exceeding expectations. We’ve also seen an improvement in our client acquisition metrics.

For what projects/services did your company hire Cloud9?

We started noticing more competitors in the market which is why we wanted to differentiate from the rest. For that reason, we wanted to find a great marketing agency that would help us to reach our first goal. Once they reached that goal, we started expanding to other markets and new strategies.

How did you select this vendor?

We reached out to many local agencies, and most of them replied late, didn't show a personalized approach, and didn't understand our values from the start. Cloud9 took the time to carefully analyze the market, draft a strategy and have it ready before the first call. That showed a lot of dedication.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

When we first met, they already had a first draft strategy so all we had to do was to polish it and give them direction and previous experience. They took the time to improve the strategy and speak to the team several times to fully grasp the business and its goals. In the strategy, they included the social media plan, advertising plan, and lead generation plan (this came in late with LinkedIn). They reviewed the strategy twice a year and always strived to deliver results. They also sent us a monthly report of all the tasks that were done + the KPIs that were set from the start. Overall, they did SMM, lead generation with LinkedIn, and rebranding.

We worked with one project manager who kept contact between the marketing team and us. It's very effective.
