The next phase involved designing a conversational flow, setting the bot’s persona and tone, and defining escalation logic for complex issues. Technical efforts included integrating the chatbot with CloudPartner’s backend systems, ensuring seamless CRM updates and real-time data exchange. I developed the AI chatbot using leading NLP technologies, customized training data, and implemented features for sentiment analysis, semantic search, and proactive messaging. Rigorous testing followed, including unit tests, real-user scenarios, and pilot deployment to select customer segments. Once live, ongoing maintenance was provided, with usage monitoring, periodic updating of knowledge bases, and adaptation to changing business needs.
