I'm the CEO of Strooka, a SaaS company focused on restaurant chains and food service providers. We automate processes within restaurants to make the merchant less overwhelmed by operational jobs.

Our company has a small team, so we needed help with staff augmentation services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Cloud Group provides staff augmentation services by sourcing frontend developers and other talents. The technologies that those developers use are HTML and PHP. We mainly require frontend and API backend skills from them, especially when we ask them to partner with another agency on some services.

We work with two people from their team, including Mateo (Frontend Developer).

A designer who provides consultancy services for our customers referred them to us.

We started working together in October 2020, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We ended up having a more stable and bug-free platform, so we consider the collaboration successful.

How did Cloud Group perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management is great; Cloud Group is punctual and sticks to schedule. Moreover, communication is great — we use Slack, Google Meet, WhatsApp, Telegram, and emails.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They're fearless and can effectively address any complication.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They can improve their project management by having someone who manages them and acts as a point of contact because they're not reachable when developing.

Any advice for potential customers?

I'd suggest anyone to work with them; their team is super reliable and very easygoing, so it's easy to work with them.
