What specific goals or objectives did you hire Cloud Botics Inc. to accomplish for Chatpliance Inc.?

We engaged Cloud Botics to support the assessment and development of an AI-powered cart abandonment recovery tool and to evaluate RevX as a self-serve automation solution for their e-commerce clients.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

The project scope was on technical assessment, including reviewing the stack, models, response time, access restrictions, and integration requirements. We also looked into the CartBot e-commerce platform compatibility. The project took us three months to accomplish.Cloud Botics delivered an integration plan outlining CartBot's compatibility with the e-commerce platform, along with technical recommendations on stack configurations, API access requirements, and response time optimization. The final deliverable was the functional CartBot and RevX tool itself.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

CartBot was successfully deployed and adopted by Cloud Botics' e-commerce clients, resulting in an automated cart abandonment recovery workflow. The RevX demo dashboard showed $8,420 in revenue recovered through cart abandonment workflows and 231 orders processed. All this was through our demo, which validated the effectiveness of the automation solution delivered to Cloud Botics.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

They had great communication. The team was supportive and had a strong understanding of AI automation needs. They were collaborative throughout the project and open to feedback during integration.

Overall, the engagement met our expectations. More structured progress reporting during the project would have been helpful.
