To fix problems experienced on the website. Some fixes were done on my development site which did not work. No update was done to the live site. Basically no satisfactory work was ever completed.

Done what was requested. This was a difficult and highly technical project, but not once did they ask a question or guidance. I have been busy on this project for nearly 20 years and it would be impossible to do anything sensible without discussion and questions.
