ClothFactory is a B2B knitted synthetic fabric supplier and development partner specializing in Nylon Spandex and Polyester Spandex fabrics. We serve apparel brands, garment manufacturers and distributors that need help finding and developing fabric.

Customers may know the garment they want to make but be unsure which fabric can provide the required hand feel, GSM, width, stretch, recovery, appearance or performance. Others need to improve an existing fabric, develop a color or compare samples before production. ClothFactory connects these needs through sourcing, custom development, color development, sampling, bulk production, quality control and export delivery.

Our main products are Nylon Spandex and Polyester Spandex fabrics. Nylon Spandex is selected for its soft hand feel, smooth surface, comfort, stretch and recovery. It is suitable for activewear, leggings, lingerie, shapewear, swimwear and close-to-body apparel. Polyester Spandex offers stretch, durability and versatility for sportswear and performance apparel. Options include different structures, weights, widths, finishes, colors, prints and functional properties.

We match fabrics to the customer’s composition, GSM, width, stretch, recovery, hand feel, appearance and performance needs. If an available fabric does not meet the brief, we can coordinate development around the required specification. For color projects, we support color matching, lab dips, approval and custom dyeing. Physical samples are recommended because screens cannot fully represent color, texture or hand feel.

After approval, we coordinate bulk production, quality control and export delivery. Our standard minimum order quantity is 6 rolls per color. Special functional or deep-customization projects may require a different MOQ.
