I am working in the IT industry who frequently needs software of different type, we need custom software and already build software to fulfill our employees needs.

We hired Cliqued Media for software development and search engine Optimization

How did you select Cliqued Media and what were the deciding factors?

We selected Cliqued Media with the words of mouth and online search, we have reviewed company profiles and talked to them first through email and then direct chat on skype.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

First the Cliqued Media assigned us a representative with whom we shared what we want to achieve with the new software and described our requirement this person listed to us very carefully and then collected info based on our requirement within few days he translated our requirement on paper and showed to us with some more suggestions, to keep the story short we reached at a point where I know what I wants and they know what they have to do.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I think there were 3 to 4 people whom with which we directly communicated, 1st the requirement gathering person then to analyst, then project team leader and then we communicated with the company Owner

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The project resulted into a successful project becz of two things I think, first the team communication with us was great, they tried to understand what our requirements actually were, and then there dedicated team translated our requirement into software that actually worked for us

Friendly behavior, dedicated team

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They are actually very good and need little to no improvement; they have a system of checks and balances.
