Cline Bettridge Bernstein Lighting Design (CBBLD) is dedicated to enhancing the grace, utility, and comfort of architectural spaces through the use of light. Francesca Bettridge and Stephen Bernstein established the firm with the late Carroll Cline in 1985, and play active roles in every project, providing an exceptional level of personal service. CBBLD’s project work has been honored with over 100 lighting awards and is featured in leading design publications. The 27-person firm – a certified Woman-owned Business Enterprise – has completed a varied array of projects, including corporate, government and healthcare projects, theaters, schools and universities, libraries, retail and hospitality venues, museums, parks and landscapes, and residences. This portfolio encompasses celebrated sites worldwide.
