They also created new landing pages on our website. The work done by their team finally paid off when we started getting a constant flow of leads every week.

Before working with Click Then Convert, I had nearly zero queries through the website but now, I receive more than 200 calls per month and a huge number of text queries.

The best evidence has been the number of leads that we have received in the last 2 years. Even though we had an in-house PPC team, we were never able to generate enough leads that converted very easily because our team was not good enough with targeting the right ecommerce brands that we could have closed for sales and Click Then Convert filled the gap right away after we hired them.

The leads not only started getting closed just with a few follow-ups but majority of them also started paying for yearly subscriptions, rather than monthly subscriptions and thus, the Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) increased drastically.

Also, the PPC costs decreased over the months which was quite surprising for us. Our trust on Google ads was regained and we decided to put more budget as we moved along and we are glad that we did. PPC ads run by Click Then Convert took our business to a whole new level in 2020 and 2021.

The best thing about Click Then Convert is that they are highly knowledgeable in Google PPC. They know everything very well right from the keyword research to ad copy creation and bidding on them. I was quite surprised to see their strategies over the months that generated more leads for us at much lower PPC costs. Not to mention, the leads have been high quality and converted pretty good which indicates that they have been targeting the right audience for our business.

Everything was above what I really expected from them and so, I do not think there can be anything which they could improve.

We started getting overwhelming responses as soon as we started running Google ads with Click Then Convert. I am not a very tech savvy person and so, the only way I could justify the growth was the number of calls and emails we were receiving from students all across the US.

In the first month of engagement, we started getting around double the number of queries by call and email than that of previous months, which is around 100% increase in Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) in the first month itself and with subsequent months, it only grew in number. With the last local agency I was working with, I usually spent more than $6000 per month on an average and they were producing inferior results. I was really happy to see better returns with a lesser budget.

Our account manager was highly responsive and trustworthy. The replies always come right away as soon as I send any message. Also, I always received the weekly reports on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What really impressed me was the commitment by my account manager. Whenever he said he’s about to perform a task, it was always done right on time. The previous companies I worked with had issues with timely execution of the discussed ideas. Also, some even never delivered what they promised.

The Click Then Convert team has their own way of finding the right approach of researching, creating ad copies and finally running the ads which not only increased my ROAS but it also increased the conversion rate. Their communication and commitment have grabbed my attention.

l never found any fault in their work or any such. So, I would say that they are already best in what they do and there is nothing that needs to be improved.
