The project resulted in an approved logo and visual style for Benchler, along with designs for the main product screens and user flows. All agreed deliverables were completed within the planned timeline.

What impressed me most was that they did not treat the project as just another design task. They took time to understand the product idea, asked useful questions, and suggested improvements instead of simply following the initial brief. They combined design work with practical product thinking, which was especially valuable for an early-stage startup.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Clearl could have done differently?

Overall, I was happy with the work. One small improvement would be to provide a little more written context behind some design decisions, especially when presenting several options. This would make it easier to review the alternatives and return to those decisions later. However, this did not create any significant issues during the project.

They also supported our Black Friday A/B testing. Together, we tested different approaches, reviewed the results, and used the findings to improve the campaign.

The Black Friday testing showed us which offers and approaches resonated better with our customers and helped improve the campaign’s performance. The workshops also gave us a more structured way to assess ideas and prioritize changes with the strongest commercial potential.
