Please describe your company and your position there.

Caspian Group is a boutique commercial real estate company based in the Twin Cities metro of Minnesota. I am the Marketing Director at Caspian Group, responsible for management of all Marketing efforts and driving new leads through these various levers.

For what projects/services did your company hire ClearBrand, and what were your goals?

Our website was outdated and included information that was no longer relevant to our company nor team. We wanted to bring a new web experience to our clients, leveraging the Story Brand framework for the various client journeys of our business. The goal was to incorporate four client journey experiences to clearly provide each client with the information they desire and to connect them with the broker best fit to further help them in their CRE journey. We also set out goals to increase site traffic and to generate more business leads from our website.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected Clear Brand as they are Story Brand certified, a standout factor in making this decision. They also were extremely knowledgeable in regards to web development and design, not to mention, they had a handful of positive client feedback that only solidified our decision to partner with Clear Brand.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We had a kick-off meeting with CB to discuss our objectives and goals. From there the CB team went to work, providing our team with wireframes to review in a few rounds of sprints. Our team carefully tested and provided thorough feedback to the CB team, of which they diligently acted on, providing our company with a best in class website that reflected our business needs, look + feel.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

A project manager was our main point of contact. We did meet with the developer and graphic design team as needed, but they worked mostly behind the scenes.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching our website we received an influx of positive feedback from clients and other industry professionals. Our website traffic increased and continues to maintain momentum. We chose to pursue marketing efforts on our own, not utilizing CB's in-house team, but we did leverage their marketing feedback, which led to a spike in lead generation inquiries.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We had weekly stand-ups with their project management team. The project manager could have been a little more knowledgeable and/or familiar with web development, but where they lacked the CB team had others (developer, designer, Josh, Alex, etc.) that could step in and fill the gaps. As far as timeliness goes, they delivered right on track and communicated just the same!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Clear Brand was extremely meticulous to our business needs and responded in an efficient and prompt manner. They also provide a handful of tools to set you up for success post launch. This was particularly beneficial to our team as we pursued marketing efforts in house.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There were a few minor bugs when we launched, but that's fairly typical in the first week or so of a web launch. That aside, Clear Brand delivered based on our business objectives and goals and we are happy with the way the new website turned out.
