I’m the CEO and founder of HireRoos, and we provide temporary and permanent staffing solutions in the legal field.

I was looking for a company to help me with branding and general marketing services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Clarus Creative provides us with digital marketing and branding services. Part of what they do is improve our social media presence, specifically on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. They also help us manage our Google My Business account.

Apart from that, they’re also developing our website and making improvements to our overall web presence through keyword research and implementation.

What is the team composition?

I work directly with Ann (Creative Director).

How did you come to work with Clarus Creative?

They were highly recommended by my sister, who holds a degree in marketing.

We’ve spent around $2,500.

The ongoing partnership started in September 2020.

The feedback I get regarding my website and online presence has been generally positive. People say that my branding looks very professional and clean.

How did Clarus Creative perform from a project management standpoint?

Ann’s communication skills are great. She always updates me on what’s happening with my social media presence and will preemptively provide me with solutions to implement. The team is attentive and consistently stays on top of things to deliver what we ask for.

We usually communicate through text and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We like how they take ownership of the project, and how they make sure everything flows smoothly.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I haven’t had any problems with them because they’ve been timely and professional.
