Cirrus is a leadership coaching, organizational consulting and team development firm headquartered in the Rocky Mountain town of Cochrane Alberta. We partner with successful business owners, executives and their organizations to help them flourish as businesses and individuals. Cirrus helps our partners close the gaps between where they are and where they want to be by being a catalyst for change.

After an 11 year military career and a 22-year corporate career, Franc Godri founded Cirrus to create an organization that would live out and, teach, train and equip business leaders to transform themselves so they can transform those they lead.

As an officer, pilot, international arms inspector and corporate executive, Franc worked and led within deeply ingrained leadership cultures. During this time, he occasionally witnessed the sometimes obsessive focus on bottom line goals where employees were systems to be managed instead of gifted team members to be lead. He believed that both the organizational systems and the employees tasked to guide those systems needed to work together in a more effective manner. This was the founding premise behind the 3Gaps™; the leadership, team and organizational Gaps that keep companies and their employees from attaining their potential and goals.
