I work as an accountant for a Spanish consultant firm (Asesoria Salas).

For what projects/services did your company hire Circa Lingua?

We needed to translate some English legal documents to assist one of our clients. We had to submit these documents to the Spanish court. David helped us translate this documents. We needed to apply for additional documents, and he assisted us during the process.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We look for certified translators in our area and David is originally from here. So we decided to select him because he knew about the Spanish legal system and had experience with this type of translations.

Describe the project in detail and what their cost structure looked like.

We had to translate a series of documents that our client provided. This included previous court orders, criminal records, property deeds, etc. But the client had to apply for extra documents, so the project lasted a few months until all documents were obtained, translated and certified. The project was charged according to the number of documents translated in the end.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

How would you describe or assess the quality of their work?

Working with David and Circa Lingua was great. He was very responsive and solved all our problems. It was a very complex project, because the deadline was very short. David was in control of the project at all time and offered the best solutions. He provided all the necessary information about certified translations and the project run very smoothly.

What impressed you about their services?

David already had experience working with legal firms in Spain so he know how to work with us. He was very professional and explained every detail perfectly. Thanks to his assistance, our client was able to submit his document in court on time.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No, we have no complaints about Circa Lingua.
