 I am the Founder & CRM Lifecycle Lead of an advertising & marketing company

I'm an Email Systems and Lifecycle Marketing Strategist with more than 10 years of experience helping ecommerce and B2B businesses improve customer retention, lifecycle communication, and marketing automation. My work focuses on customer journey design, behavioral communication, email deliverability, lifecycle optimization, and customer progression strategies. I also write and publish educational content about lifecycle marketing, retention, and customer engagement.

If there is room for improvement, it would be in providing deeper, qualitative intent-data insights on the consuming audience earlier in the campaign lifecycle (e.g., specific sub-industry search trends). While their standard quantitative reporting is great, adding more proactive, predictive industry benchmarking would make their strategic value even greater
