Steven, along with his father and former real-estate attorney, Byron R. Chrisman, began Chrisman Commercial in 1998. Chrisman Commercial specializes in the development, leasing and management of office, flex, R&D, industrial and warehouse space in Boulder County. Prior to beginning Chrisman Commercial, Steven acquired his real estate license and worked as a Broker Associate with Prudential Wise-McIntire.
