I adapt to your existing setup — not the other way around. Typically: weekly syncs, async updates in Slack, and a shared 90-day roadmap. I join your standups, use your tools, and ship with your team. No separate reporting structure.

Direct and frequent. I prefer Slack for async, weekly written updates for leadership, and face-to-face (video) for decisions. You'll never wonder what I'm doing or where we stand.

Did we ship? That's the main metric. Beyond that: delivery velocity, reduced blockers, team autonomy after I leave. I don't measure success in slides delivered or meetings attended.

I take one engagement at a time. When I work with you, I'm embedded 50-80% — not juggling five clients. My next availability is usually 2-4 weeks out.

Best fit is EU-based teams or US companies expanding into Europe. I'm flexible on timezone overlap, but real-time collaboration works best within 3-4 hours of CET.
