Our company CHIEZA CENTRO JURÍDICO E IMOBILIÁRIA was created in 1985 under the name CENTRO JURÍDICO DE ADMINISTRAÇÃO DE IMÓVEIS LTDA., with the purpose of serving the select clientele of one of the most traditional accounting offices in Rio de Janeiro, ACEF - ASSESSORIA CONTÁBIL ECONÔMICA E FISCAL LTDA.
This partnership between CHIEZA IMOBILIÁRIA and ACEF arose when partners Odenir Bernardi and William Chieza started to advocate in the business, civil, tax, labor and real estate areas and realized that it would be profitable to bring their technical knowledge to the area of property administration.
Thus, ACEF partners Wanderley Chieza, William Chieza, Osni Bernardi and Odenir Bernardi founded the CENTRO JURÍDICO (LEGAL CENTRE) with the purpose of providing a quality service that combines competence, ethics and honesty.
Based on these three principles, CHIEZA CENTRO JURÍDICO E IMOBILIÁRIA has been standing out every day in the competitive real estate market, winning over new clients, friends and partners.
