Chicago Machining and Tool has been providing service in precision CNC machining since 2014. We are specializing in rapid prototyping, fixture building, short run machining, low volume production and mid volume production in CNC milling and CNC turning. CMT is equipped with latest software for 3D modeling and CNC programming, well equipped Quality Control Lab with quality manual based on ISO standards.
Our equipment list consists of 4 Vertical Machining Centers, 2 CNC Lathes and variety of secondary equipment like drill presses, surface grinder and many others. We also offer heat treating and variety of finishes from tumbling, bead blasting to anodizing, zinc plating, black oxide, passivating and powder coating.
