Founded in December, 2015, Chengdu ICT Information Technology Co., Ltd. is a state-owned technology company subordinate to Chengdu Industrial Investment Group and Chengdu Big Data Group.
Under the guidance and support of Chengdu Municipal People's Government, Chengdu Municipal Bureau of Commerce, Chengdu Customs, Chengdu Ecological Environment Bureau and other government agency, Chengdu ICT has successfully built and operated "Chengdu Cross Border Trade E-commerce Public Service Platform" and "Chengdu Tanhui Tianfu Green Public Welfare Platform". Except the construction and operation of the Internet platform, according to the market-oriented operation mode of "government led, enterprise operation and win-win cooperation", Chengdu ICT signed a tripartite strategic cooperation agreement with Cyberspace Administration of Chengdu and Alibaba to jointly explore new scenarios and models of digital technology application as well as promote the innovative integration of digital technology and traditional economy.
