Covered the full funnel from website optimization and best practices, to full brand relaunch and individual lead generation goals within key target areas.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Lift in website traffic.  Increased attendance YOY with major events, and consistent growth every weekend. Literally everyone I knew was talking to me about they either heard or saw something about my business, which means we were hitting exactly the right people I wanted to hit. 

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

They were very efficient.  Sometimes I felt bad because I held up their workflow by not getting them what they asked for by the deadlines, like our schedule etc.  But they were extremely prompt it felt like I was their only client. Over the year I had two business emergencies and they helped me navigate the situations for no-charge.  They were more than an advertising firm.  It was like having an internal marketing team at my disposal.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They bring real world marketing experience to my world.  Every other company i've worked with in the past only focused on PPC and SEO.  Everybody was doing the same thing and all they did was ask me to spend more to comepte. Working with Chemist Media opened up a whole new different way to market and a whole lot of new assets I didn't even know existed. They're very strategic in making marketing work for me instead of the other way around.  Their funnel approach is very interesting and worked for me. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Chemist Media could have done differently?

I think the monthly meetings were a bit much, but they insisted on making sure I was a part of the process and evaluation so I understood what was going on.  At a certain point I just want them to run my marketing so I can focus on other things.
