Checkmate Design took on many properties, beautifully marrying the unique architecture with new function; bringing new life to a community that is now a hotbed of culture and entertainment.
Checkmate grew out of Amy Gill's desire to do architecture and construction in a developer-friendly way, pairing experience with quick decision making for a faster turn around on projects.
