Chan H. Park files our stores’ annual taxes for us.

We work directly with Chan (CPA). 

How did you come to work with Chan H. Park?

We’d met him a long time ago and came to realize he was a CPA, so we hired him to handle our taxes.

How much have you invested with them?

Annually, we usually spend between $600–$800. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been using his services since 2007. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Outsourcing the annual tax filing to Chan has definitely freed up a lot of time for us. It’s been a pretty good relationship and we don’t have any complaints. 

How did Chan H. Park perform from a project management standpoint?

We’re in contact when the time for taxes come around. If we have a question, we can send him an email and he’ll get back to us right away. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

His response time is great. He’s always very thorough—whenever we ask him a question, he gives us context in his answer, which is a bonus. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there’s nothing for him to improve.
