Pre-Production:

• Consultation: Eric and I spoke to understand our goals for capturing this promotional video for the company I work for, as well as our jiu jitsu academy. 
• Scheduling: Coordinated filming schedules integrated with the class schedule which timed up perfectly.
• On-Site Filming: Captured high-quality footage of our training sessions, interviews with instructors and students, the gym environment, and rolling footage of Randy and myself. 
• Equipment: Used the highest professional video production equipment for top-notch visuals and sound.

Post-Production:

• Editing: Edited footage into a beyond professional video, including transitions, titles, and graphics.
• Music and Sound: Added background music and sound effects.
• Revisions: There was not a need for revisions.

Key Deliverables:

• Promotional Video: A high-quality video for our gyms website and social media.
• Short Clips: 30-60 second clips for social media which I used for reels.
• Digital Assets: High-resolution images for marketing materials. 2 months of assets. 
• Raw Footage: Provided for future use.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Eric from Champion Video Production delivered exceptional results for Carlson Gracie Sacramento, my personal brand, and JOCKO FUEL. We saw a 100% increase in views/ comments / likes for socials and a 40% boost in overall social media engagement within the first month. Memberships will grow but we don't have all those data points (yet) thanks to the compelling video assets. Five of us were able to post reels and clips that Eric provided, further amplifying our online presence. Overall, Eric's work significantly enhanced our brand awareness and member satisfaction.

1-2 weeks. Eric crushed it and works his tail off. He's also highly accessible and his communication skills are by far the best in the Business.
