What challenge were you trying to address with Chai Creatives?

I had to get a logo and brand identity made for an organization that’s part of our school, namely a Hindu temple.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Chai Creatives made a logo for us.

What is the team composition?

We worked with a project lead and a designer from Chai.

How did you come to work with Chai Creatives?

I came to know about them from a family member. I looked at their website and read some customer feedback, and I decided to go ahead with Chai.  

How much have you invested with them?

The cost of their work was 20,000 Indian rupees (approximately $271 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

Our work with Chai took place in August 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Chai’s work was satisfactory, and they had a professional approach.  

How did Chai Creatives perform from a project management standpoint?

They were very communicative and available for discussions. We didn’t use any tracking tools.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The overall experience was nice. They’re a reliable, hardworking, and dedicated team, and I’m sure they’ll do their best to deliver anything that’s required of them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I didn’t find anything that would need improvement. Everything was done right.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

I’d recommend them to anyone looking for design services.

What challenge were you trying to address with Chai Creatives?

We have a website that helps parents find the information and support they need. However, it wasn’t user friendly and users were having difficulty finding the information they were looking for. We needed someone to make our website simpler and user friendly.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They understood the challenge that parents were facing and understood our services and created a fantastic user flow for us. They built the user experience for us.

What is the team composition?

We worked with two people.

How did you come to work with Chai Creatives?

A friend introduced me to their founder.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from August–November 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They have very good business acumen and are able to grasp their clients’ needs very quickly. They are able to understand the user’s challenges. I’m happy with the quality of their services.

How did Chai Creatives perform from a project management standpoint?

They were always available when we had any feedback. They would answer our queries.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have great business acumen and excellent communication.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could build more management tools. They were just starting at that point, and I understand that.
