What specific goals or objectives did you hire CGTech Rendering to accomplish?

To handle both the 3D modeling and rendering for a luxury apartment interior. My main goal was to help the client really see the design before any work started. They had a hard time visualizing things from flat drawings, so having detailed, realistic visuals made it much easier for them to understand the layout, finishes, and overall look. It also helped speed up the approval process and avoid costly changes later on.

For this project, I asked CGTech Rendering to take my design plans and bring them to life through detailed 3D modeling and interior rendering. I provided floor plans, reference images, and a breakdown of finishes, materials, and furniture selections. They built a complete 3D model of the apartment’s main living areas, which included the open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge. 
Once the model was ready, they produced multiple high-resolution renders that showcased the space from different angles with realistic lighting and textures. The key deliverables included: 

• A fully developed 3D model of the interior layout 
• Several photorealistic renders suitable for client presentation 
• A few rounds of revisions to fine-tune details based on feedback 
• Final images formatted for both client use and my design portfolio 

The final visuals played a big role in helping my client fully understand and approve the design before any construction work began.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The client approved the design after just two revisions, which is quicker than usual. The 3D visuals made the concept clear, reduced back-and-forth, and helped avoid costly changes during the build.

The scope of work included translating our interior design concepts, mood boards, and layout plans into photorealistic visuals that accurately represented material selections, color schemes, lighting, and spatial flow. We provided them with floor plans, reference imagery, and design direction, and they handled the 3D modeling, texturing, lighting setup, and final rendering. Key deliverables included multiple still images from different angles of the living, kitchen, and bedroom areas, as well as one styled scene to be used for client presentations and promotional materials.

Are there any areas for improvement or something CGTech Rendering could have done differently?

Nothing major comes to mind. A bit more detail in the early drafts would have made feedback even easier, but overall it was a great experience.
