What challenge were you trying to address with CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company?
We hired CENTURY 21 to help us expand our campuses.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
CENTURY 21 assisted us in finding a property that we could purchase in order to expand our campuses. Their team asked us exactly what we were looking for in a property. Since our students often had limited transportation access, we wanted a location where they could rely on public transportation.
As such, we also wanted our students to have easy access to freeways, exits, and things of a similar nature. Overall, we were looking for a property that would be a reasonable asset for our students. The latest project was our sixth location.
What is the team composition?
We worked with a couple of realtors from CENTURY 21. We also collaborated with one main point of contact and someone in charge of research.
How did you come to work with CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company?
CENTURY 21 helped us purchase our previous location. As a result, we hired them again for this project.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent close to $1.5 million–$2 million.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our partnership ran from January–August 2019. Everything came to a stop when COVID-19 happened, but we would like to expand again in the future.

Our experience with CENTURY 21 was very positive because they were very professional.
How did CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company perform from a project management standpoint?
We highly appreciated that they were helpful and attentive in looking for a property that we wanted. They were responsive, and they regularly communicated everything well through telephone and email.
They kept us updated consistently on information that they’d thought was beneficial for us. In particular, they informed us about the status of various locations since we wanted our students to get a specific campus that fit their needs.
What did you find most impressive about them?
CENTURY 21 addressed all our questions and concerns, and they knew exactly what we wanted. Overall, they were very service-oriented.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, CENTURY 21’s service was consistent from start to finish. It was also the reason why we chose to work with them multiple times. We would probably work with them again in the future due to the positive outcome of our engagements.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Work with someone who would easily communicate and address your needs. Choose a service provider that would respond quickly and would be very professional.
