Ask to see how they've solved problems like yours before, not just a generic capability list. Pay close attention to how a partner runs a project, not just what they build. Look for clear project governance, an established meeting cadence (regular check-ins, workshops, steering groups), and communication on the tools you already use — Teams, Slack, Jira, Confluence — rather than forcing you onto theirs. A partner who is transparent about budget and timeline risk early, rather than only when something has already gone wrong, will save you real money and stress over the life of the project. Also ask what happens after go-live. Many projects fail not during implementation but in the months after, when there's no clear owner for support, small fixes pile up, and adoption quietly drops. A partner who offers structured ongoing support — and is honest about what a "quick fix" will and won't solve — is a much safer long-term bet than one focused only on winning the initial project. Finally, don't be afraid to ask directly how they handle it when things go wrong. Every experienced Salesforce partner has, at some point, inherited or fixed a struggling implementation. We've seen this pattern across industries, and the fix is rarely "redo everything" — it's usually targeted, prioritized changes plus proper support going forward. Clear project management is at the core of how we work. Every Salesforce engagement runs on strong internal project management processes, so clients always know where the project stands, what's next, and who owns it. We communicate through whatever channels the client prefers — commonly Microsoft Teams, Slack, email, Jira, Confluence, or Trello — agreed at the start of the project rather than imposed by us. This keeps collaboration on the client's own tools and habits, not ours. We handle out internal project management on Teams and Jira, and document everything in Confluence. Every project includes a set cadence of meetings agreed in advance: weekly status meetings, workshops, training sessions, and steering group meetings, complemented by ad hoc meetings whenever a need arises during delivery. Nothing important is left to chance or discovered too late. Budget and timeline discipline is central to how Ceili operates. If a budget risks being exceeded, we flag it early — with a clear explanation of why — rather than letting clients find out after the fact. Together with the client, we continuously prioritize project scope so the agreed goals are reached within the agreed budget and schedule, even when priorities shift along the way. This combination — structured governance, the client's own communication channels, a predictable meeting rhythm, and proactive, transparent budget management — is what makes collaboration with Ceili feel easy and dependable throughout the whole Salesforce project.

With Salesforce Agentforce or other AI platforms and tools Ceili builds AI-driven automation into client workflows to support every day business processes. Our own development is AI-assisted too, saving time clients can reinvest in strategic scoping, testing, or further development. We use AI in every phase of the project: definition, development, testing, go-live and support.

We're especially interested in projects where Salesforce needs to support a bigger business goal than a single team's workflow — multi-cloud implementations that connect Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data 360 into one system, rather than siloed point solutions. That said, we don't require huge projects or our clients to start big. Many of our best engagements begin with one cloud — often Sales Cloud — and expand step by step as the business case and budget allow, for example moving from sales into marketing automation once the CRM foundation is solid. This phased approach lets clients validate value early and scale investment with confidence. We work across a wide range of industries — including industrial, energy, media, healthcare, manufacturing and tech. Also non-profit sector, where Salesforce's nonprofit licensing and pricing programs can make a real difference on a tight budget.
