I’m the COO of an organization called My Steady Mind, a mental wellness training program.

We needed to shoot both training and promotional videos.

Caveman Spaceman Productions worked on a total of 27 training and promotional videos over the course of three days.

I only worked with the owner.

Caveman Spaceman Productions’ owner works for a startup incubator in Melbourne, Florida, which is where we were introduced to him.  

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $10,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

The whole project took place in November 2020. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

There were no metrics in place; the finished product spoke for itself. We just wanted quality videos, and Caveman Spaceman Productions delivered amazingly well — the videos almost look like a mini Netflix series. They were so good.

How did Caveman Spaceman Productions perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated through email and text messages.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I found the owner’s patience to be the most impressive aspect.

There’s nothing they could improve.
