I’m the CEO of ChargeWorld, an electric vehicle charging provider.

What challenge were you trying to address with Cauri Softech Pvt. Ltd.?

I needed someone to develop an Android software solution.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They developed an Android app. Users log into the app to find the nearest charging station. They built the app from scratch according to my requirements. They developed two types of applications for me. There’s one for the driver’s side and one for the charging station’s side. They also provide a control panel where I manage both types of applications. 

They provide me some consulting services as well and also developed my website from scratch. They did work with Google AdWords and social media marketing through Facebook and Instagram. 

What is the team composition?

We have a team of 2–3 people including Pankaj (Founder).

How did you come to work with Cauri Softech Pvt. Ltd.?

I found them online through a Google search. After a few meetings, we finalized the details and began working together.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent about $14,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked on the app development from September 2019–March 2020. They continue to help on the marketing and consultancy side.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The software is very good, and the app is available in the Google Play store. The services they provided are very good, and I’m very thankful for them.

How did Cauri Softech Pvt. Ltd. perform from a project management standpoint?

They don’t provide project managers. We communicate via phone twice a week. We use email as well.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their communication and customer service skills are excellent. They’re also good at developing Android apps and websites, and the team has strong SEO skills.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No.

If you need an Android or iOS app, you should contact them.

Caurisoftech work with US to supply software to numbers of our clients as : HEAVEN HOTEL, PALIAMENTARIAN HOTEL, GROUPSOMAF, AND NUMBER OF MEDICAL CENTERS AND SCHOOL AS FAR AS SOFTWARES...Before Caurisoftech designing all our company website and CRM to manage our offer.

What were your goals for this project?

We would in need of world class, affordable IT supplier to assist US in managment of our company and our clients softwares solutions.

We spend many years to contact must IT companies without satisfaction. We got to caurisoftech by miracle and he gave us wonderfull satisfaction. They open our sight of view in IT business

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Before we could not show of company to public as today. No doubt that we obtain many and many new clients which increases our turn over

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We work mainly online and on phone. I travel some time to meet them for some training and discussions needed

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We were impressed by their willinness to give their best to satisfy clients. Their world class knowledge and capability on IT services.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I think they should create more représentative in african countries. The needs of digitasation remain total.
