Catanzaro Food Products® was established out of the love for cooking and baking. Steve’s desire for cooking pasta sauce (gravy) and Kristen’s desire for baking started many years ago. With so many critics involved the opportunity to produce the best sauce possible, was expected. Using the recipes handed down from his family and after many years of trial and error, the perfect (firehouse) sauce was created. This eventually initiated the idea to jar it, and make it available for your kitchen.
