Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m the owner of Stephanie Jenkins Photo and I’m a photographer.

For what projects/services did your company hire Catalyst RVA, and what were your goals?

Our website was built several years ago and needed a huge face lift as we launched the rebrand. My goal was to bring clarity to my design as well as benefit from SEO optimization.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched for Developers in the area and Catalyst RVA was the best fit for us across the board.

We had an initial consultation to go over all of my goals for the website overhaul and re-brand. Catalyst RVA was in consistent communication with me, delivering wire frames and screenshots of the process, so that I could approve them as we went along.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Most communication was with the project manager. As the designers were working hard behind the scenes.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching our new website, we saw a significant boost in leads. Current clients as well as new customers exploring the website have done nothing but rave about all of the new updates and features that are now serving them even better.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We were in consistent communication along the way with daily calls and email updates. The whole process felt like I was working with friend who truly wanted the best for me and my company and put as much care into it as if it were his own business he was updating.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They delivered a professional and user-friendly website. I had never worked with WordPress before, but Catalyst RVA was more than happy to walk me Through general use so that I could also make updates on my own.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

When we first launched, there were some minor bugs on the contact form, but we were able to resolve them quickly.
