American Vision Partners is one of the largest and fastest-growing eye care practice management organizations in the nation. I am the Vice President of Marketing for AVP.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Catalyst Media Design?

Our challenge was buying media in an aggressive and nimble way. We also wanted to leverage technology and strong reporting.

What were your goals for this project?

To efficiently and effectively buy traditional media while marrying it with our digital assets. We also wanted to make sure we could track the effectiveness of each media.

How did you select Catalyst Media Design?

Catalyst really brought a modern-day approach to buying traditional media. Their team has been incredibly responsive, nimble, and aggressive when negotiating with media properties.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

The scope of our work was to strategically select the appropriate media platforms for each of our brands. And do so in a cost-effective way. Both the Catalyst and AVP team meet on a weekly basis with other communication done ad hoc.

What was the team composition?

My team works closely with Liz, the CEO and owner, as well as a few other people on their team, depending on the circumstances.

While I cannot share specific details of our success (due to confidentiality reasons), I can say that we are extremely pleased with our results.
