At my core, I maintain a deep commitment to diversity & inclusion – with my clients and in all aspects of my life. Having worked internationally, mentored new immigrants to Canada, and volunteered extensively with LGBTQ youth, I understand firsthand the powerful potential inclusion has on engagement, innovation, shared respect, and fostering excellence.
To my coaching practice, I bring over 17 years of leadership within post-secondary administration, with a focus on senior leadership, international partnership development, and strategic planning. Heavily experienced working in cross-cultural settings, I have worked in Asia, Europe, South America, and across Canada.
I hold a strong commitment to the ethical support and development of transformative life experiences for my clients and my community and am authentically invested in making a difference.
