Established in 1928, Carville is one of the world's oldest and most experienced precision plastic machining companies, pioneering the skills and techniques of heat treating, precision machining, polishing and bonding of plastics.

One of our skilled areas is high accuracy diffusion Bonding of materials such as Acrylic/Plexiglas (PMMA) and Ultem (PEI) to produce multi-layer fluidic manifolds. These are often used in medical, life science and beverage processing applications.

We also offer bespoke, precision machined acrylic and plastic components for use in industrial and high-end consumer markets.

Many of our customers start out with a new concept or design that requires an experienced manufacturing partner to help make the concept a reality. We can offer support from the initial concept right through to the design, the manufacture of prototypes and on to full production.

Once in production, we can offer the flexibility of scheduled delivery agreements that are structured around the customer’s MRP, allowing finished products to be held in stock and shipped directly to the customers manufacturing facilities as required.
