What has impressed us most is the level of aftercare and support he provides. When an issue arises, his patience, responsiveness, and willingness to assist—even after hours—are truly exceptional. He has also played a key role in strengthening our online security and ensuring our systems and computers remain protected and reliable. His proactive approach to IT has given us greater confidence in our cybersecurity and day-to-day technology. Beyond troubleshooting, he continually looks for ways to improve our systems and processes, helping our team work more efficiently and with fewer disruptions.

IT Consultations. Procurement and setup of hardware including a computer, laptop, cellphone, NAS, Office 365 subscription, email, MDR Antivirus, RMM and networking equipement. On going Managed IT services.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

My business was attacked, including my entire online identity, everything was hacked from my financials, my website, my entire online social presence, including my Social security details. I was locked out of everything from my finances, to my business and personal identity. I needed someone who was not only skilled, but was trustworthy and without judgement to get through the clutter of what I needed vs what I wanted. Jason was able to scope the work through listening and create a very clear path of what I needed immediately to get back online safely. I was up online within a week of connecting with Jason, and was extremely fortunate. I continue to grow my business whith Carsonix as my primary security network and busness consultant and IT support. I do not know any company or business available for business owners who have been attacked to have the immediate support and care I received from Carsonix.

They provided consultations, followed by a proposal, it was implemented on time and with the agreed upon cost.
