Carroll’s National Tax has been providing us with taxing services for over 25 years.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Carroll’s National Tax is in charge of our bookkeeping and taxes. I can call them at any time and ask tax-related questions throughout the year. Additionally, they take care of my personal taxes as well.

What is the team composition?

I work with Jeffrey (Owner & President) and Nan (Associate).

How did you come to work with Carroll’s National Tax?

I met Carroll’s National Tax through a referral. Back then, I was in the medical field, and they did the payroll taxes for the company I worked with. Thus, I contacted them directly to help me with my personal taxes.

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve spent between $5,000–$10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

I’ve been in business since 1995, but I started working personally with Carroll’s National Tax in 1993. To this day, our engagement is still ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Carroll’s National Tax’s services have saved us a lot of time. On occasions, I’ve waited last minute to file my taxes. However, I know that I can call them, and they will file them within a day once I send them the information. I even pay them over the phone, so I don’t have to visit them in person.

How did Carroll’s National Tax perform from a project management standpoint?

Carroll’s National Tax performs very well. I like that they’re available not only during tax season but also all year-round, which is very good for me as a business owner. We send them information via email, and they send us forms to sign the same way. Additionally, we communicate via phone calls and text messages.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Carroll’s National Tax communicates very well, and they explain very clearly every new changes in taxation and other doubts I might have. Whenever Jeffrey is not available, Nan is very communicative as well, and I feel very comfortable talking with either of them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, they do a great job, and I’ve actually recommended them to a lot of people. Most recently, I recommended them to my best friend.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Don’t procrastinate, contact them as soon as possible, and get to know them well. You’ll see that it will be a lifelong partnership; after all, we all have taxes to pay.
