Carow Packaging was created in 1987 by my dad, Bob Carow. He was well-suited to begin a company focused on dispensing because of his previous experience as general manager of US Cap. Some of my earliest memories are of Dad sharing his love and knowledge of packaging. Although I earned a degree and began a career in music, I realized I shared my dad’s passion for dispensing and officially joined the team as a sales representative in 1993. After nine years under my father’s tutelage, I became president, and in 2008 I acquired the company.
