We have over 40 years experience surveying in the Monterey, San Mateo, Santa Clara and Santa Cruz Counties. Gary Carnes and Drexyl Ekparian both are Licensed land Surveyors who have their Bachelor's Degree in Geomatics Engineering.
We offer a wide range of Land Surveying Services Including Land Use Planning, Boundary Survey's, Control Survey's, Elevation Survey's, Topographic Survey's and Construction Staking. We prepare Record of Survey Maps, Tract Maps, Parcel Maps, Certificate of Compliance (Lot Legality/Lot Line Adjustments), Topographic Maps, Elevation Certificates and many more.
