Accredited through the ICF (International Coach Federation), Linda has over fifteen years of solid experience as leadership, team, and career development coach. With both private and public sector clients, Linda deploys her advanced coaches’ training to serve as a catalyst for organizational learning, career development, and knowledge transfer. 

A prime focus of her work is in the area of emotional intelligence. Certified to administer the BarOn Emotional Quotient Inventory (BarOn EQ-i®), Linda has collaborated extensively with individuals to explore and answer the question, "How can I leverage emotional intelligence to support effective leadership?" She has worked with hundreds of individuals, including C-suite leaders, to influence the expression of emotional intelligence organizationally, a powerful leverage for converting objectives into success stories.

Eager to act as a mentor and leader in her own field, Linda embraces opportunities where she can have a far-reaching impact. Currently, she is engaged in a global knowledge transfer initiative, a proprietary process that captures and records intellectual property from departing employees in order to minimize organizational risk.

In addition, Linda’s work has included participation in the establishment of a new operation for a national career outplacement firm as well as active involvement in major organizational downsizing, restructuring, and change initiatives. 

Linda has also held two advisory positions on the board of Career Professionals of Canada: Certification Committee Chair and Learning and Development Committee Chair. In this capacity, she was awarded for leading the development of three nationally recognized certification programs.
