I am the Managing Director of a small non-profit building a workplace training app focused on equity and inclusion.

I hired Career Kay for help reviewing and improving our curriculum for workplace training.

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?

I put out a bid for people with relevant experience in diversity training in human resources to provide consultation on our curriculum. Kay understood immediately what I was looking for, clearly brought relevant experience and could fit in our time and budget.

Kay provided a scope of work with milestones based on our conversation to fit our needs. We had several meetings along the way to ensure we remained aligned and provided thorough feedback and suggestions for improvement that resulted in a more solid prodcut.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

Kay provided feedback for a narrower, more focused scope of our product as well as several illustrations and suggestions for concepts to include.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Excellent, Kay was flexible when we needed to add a milestone after work began and it became apparent this was needed. Quick to respond to email and provide thorough feedback.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Kay was incredibly intuitive and asked great questions. They quickly grasped what our goals were and how to help us achieve them.
