WARNING — My experience with Carshipping Express INC was an absolute nightmare and appears to match a disturbing pattern reported by many other customers. I contracted with this company to ship my car for an agreed-upon price of $650. Pickup was scheduled for 05/15/2026 and delivery for 05/18/2026.

The car was NEVER picked up. Then, after missing the pickup date entirely, Sofia from the company contacted me on 05/18/26, which was supposed to be the delivery day, demanding $1900 just to get the vehicle picked up, tripling the originally contracted price. When I refused to be pressured into paying thousands more after they failed to perform, they attempted to charge me a $200 cancellation fee despite never transporting the vehicle. After researching further, I discovered multiple customers reporting the exact same pattern: * low initial quote, * delayed or missed pickup, * sudden massive price increase, * then pressure tactics and deposit/cancellation disputes. At that point, this no longer looks like an isolated issue. It looks like a business model. I strongly encourage anyone considering this company to read reviews VERY carefully before signing anything or paying a deposit. In my opinion, this was one of the most unprofessional and misleading companies I have dealt with in a long time.

How efficiently Sofia was able to convince me to pay a deposit fee, and then switched up the initial agreed upon total cost from $650 to $1900 after failing to pick up my car on the pickup date, and then charging me a $200 cancellation fee on the delivery day when the car was never picked up and no driver was scheduled to pick up the car after three days.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Car Shipping Express could have done differently?

They should just close their business because I saw all the negative reviews on their Facebook page from every customer they have dealt with in the past. Same tactics - bait and switch.

I was told I would get my two truck shipped from Lamar, Colorado to Edgewater, Colorado for $500 after signing up and signing a contract with a $200 deposit car should be expressed. David told me that he could not get my truck shipped for under $1600. They refused to return my $200 deposit they're horrible company. They're full lies do not work with them
