Envoy was able to complete our migration to Kubernetes successfully by the end of the contract.

Mayur and the team managed their projects utilizing Envoy's internal tools, and they managed the workload on their side. It allowed their team to be extremely agile and have work to do when time zones didn't align. They were very responsive, given working from SF to NYC to London and beyond. The only lesson from my perspective was to hold a more thorough review of specific projects that had a lot of insider knowledge.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Mayur and Team felt like an extension of my team despite working in different timezones and coordinating projects that all had rolling deadlines. It is also quite difficult to find developers who can pick up previously built Typescript apps without context.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Captivate Solutions Tech Ltd could have done differently?

Projects that have very specific outcomes need slightly better planning to ensure paired programming with internal and external devs to align on the type of code structure and/or frameworks that are used.
