We had trouble to organize, record and track our sales figures and could not verify any sales data. We needed a unified platform to streamline all of our retail, manufacturing, order management and supply chain operations in a single platform.

Once Captals heard of our problem, they decided to resolve all of our retail and supply chain operations through their cloud ERP and CRM platform. They implemented and provided procurement, supply chain management, and manufacturing modules in their cloud based ERP platform to streamline all our retail operations.

Once we provided all our sales data, it was too easy to integrate all the data into the cloud ERP platform. There were some glitches to integrate ERP modules but it was quickly resolved by their IT tech team.

It was very easy to navigate through their ERP platform software, as it was user-friendly to operate. Captals Team were successful to implement all the necessary supply chain management modules on time.
