Capital Recycle is an independent, owner-run commercial waste collection company serving London businesses since April 2022. We collect general waste and dry mixed recycling in prepaid sacks or wheelie bins, run Wait and Load cage collections for one-off clearances, and handle pallets, office clearances, bulky items and construction waste. Glass, food and cardboard streams are available on request.

We work with more than 250 active customers: cafés, restaurants, shops, salons, offices, managing agents and contractors across London, Watford and the WD postcodes. Many are small premises with no bin store, on streets where a large bin would block a doorway or a fire exit. Prepaid sacks, collected on a schedule that matches the volume, are how we solve that.

What sets us apart is simple. The price we quote is the price you pay: no bin rental, no fuel surcharge, no environmental levy, no admin fee. Sack prices are published on our website by weekly volume band, so you can put a number on your collection before you call. New collections typically start within 24 to 48 hours, because we hold sack stock rather than ordering it in. And you deal with the people who run the service, not an account desk.

Recurring collections run seven days a week, morning or evening, with no weekend premium, on a 12-month agreement or a rolling monthly one. Pause or cancel on agreed notice. One-off jobs are booked as and when you need them, paid before dispatch.

Compliance is built in. We are a registered waste carrier (CBDU466346, checkable on the Environment Agency public register), every collection comes with a Waste Transfer Note, we hold £5m public liability cover, and 98% of what we collect is diverted from landfill through licensed disposal partners.
