Augnetics Technologies Ltd is a tech startup focused on the real estate sector. We are developing SID, a web-based platform that integrates AR technology to help homeowners and interior designers visualize home layouts and select furniture in real-time and immersive environments

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Capi Creative to accomplish?

• We needed to develop an MVP for SID, which is a complex product with two distinct user flows: one for homeowners and one for interior designers. The platform required high UX/UI standards since users must interact with layouts, 3D furniture models, and AR features seamlessly. Additionally, it included an integrated furniture shop, covering everything from browsing to checkout, reviews, and order management. The biggest challenge was to create an intuitive, frictionless user experience under a tight deadline to support our fundraising goals.

Capi Product handled the entire product development journey, from research to UI/UX design. Their scope of work included:

• User & Market Research: Conducted interviews, competitor audits, and value proposition analysis.
• Brand Identity Design: Created logo, visual style, and brand guidelines.
• UX/UI Design: Designed user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI.
• Key Deliverables: Research reports, a finalized feature list, a full brand guideline, UI kit, and a clickable prototype with all core features, including an AR viewer, furniture shop, and designer dashboard.

• The prototype was successfully used in our pre-seed investor pitch, resulting in strong interest from two VC firms in the UAE.
• User testing showed that even non-tech-savvy users could navigate AR and customization features within 30 seconds.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Capi Creative could have done differently?

There is nothing major to mention. However, adding front-end development in-house could make the handoff process even smoother. But as far as design goes, they nailed everything we needed.
